SMALL BUSINESS
Our government has placed small and independently owned businesses on the verge of extinction with onerous taxes and crippling regulations. Small business is the backbone of our economy. We must lower and, in some cases, completely eliminate taxes on small businesses while doing away with useless regulations only meant to disadvantage independent entrepreneurs. Government must be an ally of small and independently owned businesses.
instead of an adversary. I will work to protect small businesses in place and working with government and business leaders for the creation of more small businesses. For far too long legislatures have increased taxes and regulations at the stroke of a pen because they lack the fortitude to innovate and find solutions. It is time we provide solutions for the business owners.
